Ms. Kristin Malcolm serves as corporate counsel – litigation for Centurion. Ms. Malcolm manages and oversees all aspects of pre-suit and litigated cases alleging state law medical negligence and federal civil rights against Centurion and its providers. Prior to joining Centurion, Ms. Malcolm’s practice focused on the defense of healthcare providers involved in allegations of traumatic brain injury and catastrophic birth injury/maternal death and she was able to obtain numerous trial and appellate victories for her clients. Ms. Malcolm obtained her law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech.
