Ms. Victoria Bryant started her career as a CNA for Bayhealth at the Milford campus while she attended nursing school full-time at DelTech. After completing her associate degree at the campus, she started her career as a nurse at a long-term care facility in Dover. A few years later, she became a nurse manager for the Delaware Veterans Home, where she assisted in the launch of the facility electronic medical record by taking the additional role of information technology nurse. In 2022, she joined the Delaware Department of Corrections and currently serves as the Correctional Treatment Services Director.
