Ms. Melissa Frisbie works for the Office of Criminal Justice Services in the New York State Department of Health Division of HIV/STD/HCV Prevention where she manages an enhanced reentry program for the CDC funded Project CARES. The program links reentrants living with HIV from state correctional facilities to medical care and reentry services in New York State. Ms. Frisbie has previous experience working in hepatitis health care, patient navigation, hepatitis testing and managing programs which serve people who inject drugs.
