Mr. Robert Simon is the Director of Accreditation - Mental Health and OTP at the National Commission on Correctional Health Care, where he is responsible for accreditation of mental health and opioid treatment programs. He has more than  25 years of experience as a clinician and administrator in a variety of clinical settings such as inpatient, outpatient, crisis, and substance use disorder services, including opioid treatment programs. For the past 19 years, Mr. Simon has been involved in correctional health care services, with leadership and oversight of large, complex operations within county, state, and federal systems.
