Ms. Saya Sarma graduated with a BS in Human Development in Aging from the USC Davis School of Gerontology in May 2024. She has received both the Thematic Option Honors Award and Gerontology Honors Award for her research on aging. During her time at USC, she served as the executive director of Advocates for Healthy Aging. She also interned at the Los Angeles District Attorney Elder Abuse Unit and the National Center on Elder Abuse. She is currently working at the USC Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, and volunteers at senior centers across Los Angeles County.
