Ms. Andrea Gerber is a Senior Health Educator with the Sexual and Reproductive Health Program of Public Health Seattle & King County. She and Kari Kesler worked closely with young people in the juvenile legal system through all stages of the design process of the Stepping Stones intervention. Stepping Stones is currently undergoing federally-funded, rigorous evaluation by Policy Research Group. Ms. Gerber also is co-author of the evidence-based High School FLASH sexual health education curriculum. Prior to working in intervention development, Ms. Gerber served as a community-based health educator working directly with youth. Ms. Gerber holds a MS.Ed. in Human Sexuality Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
