Ms. Faith Saporsantos, MSN, MHA, RN, CRRN, CCHP has more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare field, including correctional healthcare, hospitals and hospital systems, health plans, accountable care organizations, managed services organizations, and independent physician associations/medical groups. She has led clinical, quality, utilization management, care management teams, with a focus on optimizing outcomes by creating operational efficiencies and performance improvement.
She provides strategic guidance to healthcare leadership, developing organizational programs that produce actionable results and evidence compliance. Ms. Saporsantos has delivered consultant services as a regulatory compliance auditor and performed compliance and accreditation readiness audits. She has provided operational, enterprise risk management assessments for multiple healthcare settings as well as program, policy and procedure development, evaluation and revision, staff coaching and interim leadership staff support. she has service expertise in clinical advisory, quality assurance and continuous quality improvement, utilization management, care management, care coordination, regulatory compliance, comprehensive organizational, operational, and structural assessment, corrective action plan (CAP) development and implementation, delegation and vendor oversight, process and program development and improvement, state and federal regulatory and compliance services, state and federal licensure applications and filings and survey, audit, and certification readiness assessments.
Prior to joining Mazars, Ms. Saporsantos was an Assistant Vice President of Regional Access for MedStar National Rehabilitation Network and Good Samaritan Hospital, and Clinical Care Facilitator Leader for MedStar Washington Hospital Center Burn & Trauma Center. She holds a Master of Health Administration and Master of Science in Nursing. She also holds an Associate of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Ms. Saporsantos is a Certified Correctional Healthcare Professional (CCHP).
