Dr. Tom Rowley is a family nurse practitioner and associate professor at the University of Utah College of Nursing. He also serves as the clinical director for Juvenile Justice and Youth Services in Utah. Dr. Rowley has worked in correctional medicine since 2018, and before becoming a nurse practitioner, Dr. Rowley worked as a deputy probation officer for the juvenile court system. Dr. Rowley is married with three children and two cats, and he looks forward to his next mountain biking trip.
