Mr. David Dawdy has more than 30 years of expertise in behavioral health. He worked as a psychologist and manager in the Michigan Department of Corrections for 21 years, serving as the Mental Health Director MDOC for a decade. With a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and working as a Behavioral Health Consultant at TBD Solutions in Grand Rapids, MI, he continues to drive advancements in mental health services across diverse sectors. His leadership in managing mental health, substance use disorder, and sexual offense treatment  for justice-involved individuals has ensured provision of comprehensive and effective care. David is also an accomplished speaker and trainer leveraging his wealth of experience to conduct transformative workshops for diverse audiences. Dedicated to reducing stigma and enhancing treatment services, David's mission aims to empower helpers, families, and survivors with support and awareness.
