Mr. Pat  Lozito combines more than 25 years of human resources, talent acquisition, account management and recruiting experience, an MBA, and real-life experience with executive expertise in the staffing industry. Pat began his career as a manager in a hotel where he learned both management and customer service skills. With limited knowledge of the industry, he then moved to an international company in a Technical Recruiter role and  learned about recruiting and information technology. Using his customer service and management experience, Pat quickly became a trainer for new recruiters in the U.S. When the company merged and moved operations to Canada, he transitioned to a national staffing firm where he remained for more than 14 years. Pat won the prestigious Recruiter of the Year Award multiple times, as well as the Account Manager Excellence Award. After completing his MBA, Pat became the Chief Operating Officer of a recruitment and staffing firm focused on health information management and health information technology professionals. As Senior National Account Manager for NaphCare, Pat is now using his experience and expertise in customer service, staffing, recruiting, management, business growth, information technology, health information management, and operations management. Pat has been a speaker at the AHIMA National Convention, AAMA State Convention and is a regular speaker at the University of Alabama Culverhouse School of Business. Pat's goal is to build long-term relationships with those he serves and to connect the right person to the right opportunity.
