Dr. Matt Sexter has been the Medical Director of Addiction Medicine at LA County Jail since 2022. He has a medical degree from Tulane University and trained in Family Medicine in New Orleans. He then became an HIV Specialist and an Addiction Medicine Specialist in Los Angeles. He worked with Doctors Without Borders in Myanmar and Mozambique. Additional areas of focus include gender affirming care and health equity.
