Mrs. Kelly Boettcher is a licensed clinical social worker working in mental health for over 15 years and correctional mental health for 8 years. She oversees the service delivery and mental health initiatives of all incarcerated individuals at the Philadelphia Department of Prisons in addition to managing reentry services and Medicaid application processing for individuals discharged from the Department. She also serves as a field mentor to social work interns at West Chester. Mrs. Boettcher has presented at several conferences highlighting health disparities in Philadelphia. She has a BS in public health from Temple University and an MSW from West Chester University.
