Ms. Emmylou Frost serves on the Clinical Operations team as Centurion Health?s Chief Nursing Officer. A primary area of focus for Ms. Frost is the ongoing development of nursing leadership across all Centurion programs and the states they serve. Ms. Frost has more than 20 years of health care experience in both field and leadership roles. She started her career as an emergency department nurse and inpatient care advocate nurse before transitioning into director of nursing, patient safety, and talent acquisition positions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing, Master of Science in health management, and is currently enrolled in a Doctor of Nursing program with a nurse executive focus. Ms. Frost also holds certifications in human resources and correctional health care.
