Dr. Michael Frost is an internationally recognized specialist in the treatment of addictive diseases and is board certified in both addiction medicine and internal medicine. He is a fellow of The American College of Physicians, a distinguished fellow of The American Society of Addiction Medicine, and a member of the Canadian Society of Addiction Medicine. He is currently the chief medical officer for Wayspring, a value-based care organization focused on the managing the health care of individuals with substance use disorders. In addition, he operates The Frost Medical Group, an outpatient addiction medicine clinic and serves on the American Society of Addiction Medicine Quality Improvement Council. Dr. Frost is also heavily involved in new treatment development and clinical research, and he consults with numerous companies regarding clinical development and health care policy. He is widely published, and his work has been presented across the United States, Canada, and Europe.
