Mr. Todd Kramer began his career with the Delaware Department of Correction in 1995, starting as a Correctional Officer and progressing through roles such as Correctional Corporal, Master Counselor, and Treatment Supervisor. He later became Quality Assurance Director, ensuring correctional healthcare met quality standards. Now as the Director of Policy and Standards Compliance for the Bureau of Healthcare, he develops policies to ensure compliance with NCCHC and ACA standards. He holds a Master's in Criminal Justice/Leadership and Administration, is a Certified Correctional Healthcare Professional-Advanced (CCHP-A) and an NCCHC Surveyor. His dedication and expertise reflect his commitment to excellence in correctional management.
