Mr. David Ryan is the Health and Reentry Project?s senior director of criminal justice initiatives. He has over 15 years of experience working on policy issues at the intersection of health and justice. Prior to joining the Health and Reentry Project, Mr. Ryan spent over a decade at the Middlesex Sheriff?s Office leading policy priorities to advance changes to the Medicaid Inmate Exclusion Policy. He also spent 5 years working for Senator Edward M. Kennedy in Washington, D.C. where his core responsibilities included promoting the senator?s legislative agenda. David holds a BA in government from Colby College and a JD from Suffolk University Law School.
