Mr. Steve Tomlin is the Senior Vice President of Business Development, Criminal Justice at Bicycle Health, where he focuses on enhancing reentry programming at the federal, state, and county levels, while championing a tech-enabled, evidence-based behavioral health platform supported by certified peers with lived experience. Prior to joining Bicycle Health, Steve served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and later Chief Strategic Innovations Officer at YesCare. There, he played a pivotal role in achieving DOJ ADA MAT compliance, growing the MAT program from 4,800 clients in 2022 to 1,500 clients per day across 19 facilities nationwide. He also helped implement a SAMHSA-supported initiative to expand access to Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) in nine Alabama prisons.
