Austin Kessler, JD is an associate in the Raleigh office of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. Mr. Kessler focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense. He has represented clients through all stages of litigation, including jury trials, arbitrations, and appeals. Mr. Kessler also has substantial experience defending correctional litigation matters, including Section 1983 deliberate indifference cases, against correctional medical providers.
