Dr. Jaz-munn Johnson is a fellow in the Johns Hopkins Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine Fellowship Program and a graduate of the Harriet Lane Pediatric Residency Health Equity and Advocacy Track. Throughout his training, he has worked extensively on initiatives supporting justice-involved youth, including legislative advocacy, curriculum development, quality improvement projects, and community partnerships. Dr. Johnson co-founded an organization focused on improving continuity of care for reentering youth and has received multiple awards recognizing his commitment to health equity and community engagement. His long-term goal is to establish a trauma-informed multidisciplinary center for systems-impacted youth.
