Ms. Lore Joplin is the owner of Joplin Consulting LLC and a nationally recognized leader in justice system reform and public policy. She works with government and community-based organizations to develop and implement collaborative strategies that improve justice and behavioral health systems. Ms. Joplin serves as project director for Justice System Partners’ work on the MacArthur Foundation’s Safety and Justice Challenge and leads initiatives supporting implementation of California’s Medicaid Justice-Involved Reentry Initiative. Her previous leadership roles include positions with Justice System Partners, Oregon Health & Science University’s Center for Evidence-Based Policy, and the Crime and Justice Institute. Her expertise includes justice policy, systems change, and cross-sector collaboration.
