Ms. Kimberly Daniels has more than 20 years of experience in correctional health care and serves as health services administrator for the Philadelphia Department of Prisons with CFG Health. She began her career as a staff registered nurse in 2002 and advanced into health care administration in 2008. In her current role, she oversees health care operations and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support the delivery of safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care. Ms. Daniels is committed to advancing equitable health care for incarcerated individuals. In 2023, she helped lead the operational transition when her facility expanded to house women, including overseeing the renovation of dedicated clinical space to support onsite obstetric and gynecologic services. That experience strengthened her commitment to improving care for pregnant and postpartum patients in custody through evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
