Mr. Crayman Harvey is the founder and CEO of Harvey Consulting, LLC, where he advises correctional agencies on leadership, detention operations, correctional health care, compliance, organizational performance, and operational improvement. A former detention center director, he brings extensive executive experience leading complex correctional organizations and strengthening facility operations. Mr. Harvey is a Certified Jail Manager and CCHP. He also serves as an adjunct professor of criminal justice and is the author of Modern Jail Leadership. His work focuses on helping correctional leaders build stronger teams, reduce organizational risk, enhance accountability, and create safer, more effective correctional facilities.
