Ms. Holly Taylor is director of prevention and reentry for the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, where she oversees staff, daily operations, and program development at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility. She has more than eight years of experience in substance use treatment and more than six years with the sheriff's office, managing state and federal grant funding while expanding access to treatment, housing, and recovery services through community partnerships. Ms. Taylor has been a certified alcohol and drug counselor since 2021 and combines professional expertise with lived experience as a formerly incarcerated person in recovery. Now eight years in recovery, she is committed to helping others achieve successful recovery, reentry, and long-term stability.
