Dr. Feben A. Gizaw is a Regional Clinical Pharmacist with Correct Rx Pharmacy Services, providing clinical oversight for correctional facilities throughout western Maryland. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and is licensed in Maryland and Virginia. Dr. Gizaw specializes in medication safety, chronic disease management, formulary oversight, and quality improvement initiatives serving complex and high-acuity patient populations. She collaborates closely with correctional health care teams to improve access to care and clinical outcomes and received the Correct Rx Excellence in Service Award in 2026.
