Dr. Saley Traore-Uwalaka serves as Director of Clinical Programs for Correct Rx Pharmacy Services and is a nationally recognized leader in correctional pharmacy practice. A Certified Correctional Health Professional and Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist, she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore School of Pharmacy, completed postgraduate residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and completed a Senior Fellowship at Howard University College of Pharmacy. Dr. Traore-Uwalaka specializes in formulary management, addiction medicine, chronic disease management, and medication safety. Her work focuses on translating evidence into practice and advancing high-quality, patient-centered care for medically underserved populations.
