Ms. Angela West serves as Director of Addiction Recovery Services for the Indiana Department of Correction. Since 2021, she has overseen the department’s Recovery While Incarcerated program, including substance use treatment services, peer recovery programs, and medication-assisted treatment initiatives. Ms. West has worked with justice-involved populations in Indiana since 2013 and is committed to expanding evidence-based addiction treatment and recovery services within correctional environments. Her professional interests include substance use disorder treatment, recovery support services, and improving health outcomes for incarcerated individuals.
