Dr. Neil Duchac serves as Executive Director of Behavioral Health for the Indiana Department of Correction. Dr. Duchac brings extensive experience in system administration, program development, and behavioral health leadership. His work focuses on improving access to quality behavioral health services and advancing recovery-oriented approaches for diverse populations, including justice-involved individuals.
