Ms. Felicia Matthews is a health information management leader with extensive experience in electronic health record systems, release of information operations, and accreditation readiness in correctional health care. She serves as health information manager for Systems Technologies, where she advises leadership on health information management strategy, provides enterprise EHR training, and collaborates with information technology teams to improve system usability, documentation accuracy, and reporting. Earlier in her career, she led teams for release of information in multifacility hospital settings.
