Mr. Marc Goldstone is chief legal officer and executive vice president at Wellpath, where he oversees legal affairs, risk management, insurance, and workers' compensation and employee safety. He also serves as secretary of the company's board of managers. Mr. Goldstone brings more than 30 years of experience in health law and previously held senior leadership positions with nonprofit and investor-owned health systems. Before entering the practice of law, Mr. Goldstone served for several years as a certified mobile intensive care unit paramedic. He earned his law degree from the Rutgers University School of Law, graduating with honors in 1994. Mr. Goldstone served on the United States Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council, advising federal agencies on emergency medical services. He also serves on the adjunct faculty of the Belmont University College of Law and as a clinical assistant professor at the Thomas F. Frist, Jr. College of Medicine at Belmont University.
