Ms. Judy Dettmer is Director of Technical Assistance and Special Projects for the National Association of State Head Injury Administrators. With more than 30 years of experience in brain injury services, she has worked extensively with individuals, families, and systems to improve outcomes and expand access to care. Ms. Dettmer has provided technical assistance nationwide and is recognized for her expertise in brain injury screening, systems development, and criminal justice initiatives. Her work focuses on building infrastructure and improving support for individuals with brain injuries involved in correctional and community-based systems.
