Dr. Tom Rowley is a family nurse practitioner, Associate Professor at the University of Utah College of Nursing, and Medical Director for Utah Juvenile Justice and Youth Services. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, he worked as a deputy probation officer in the juvenile court system, providing him with a unique perspective on youth justice and health care. Dr. Rowley’s work focuses on adolescent health, juvenile justice, and improving access to quality care for vulnerable youth. He is committed to advancing evidence-based, trauma-informed care within juvenile correctional settings.
