With more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health, he has worked in private practice, psychiatric hospitals, community mental health programs, and foster care settings. Mr. Washington is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness, trauma recovery, and social justice. Through speaking engagements, community education, and his clinical work, he focuses on empowering underserved communities and improving access to behavioral health resources.
