Ms. Honey Sternberg serves as Occupational Health Manager for Freedom Behavioral Health and is dedicated to advancing officer wellness and resilience. A certified Critical Incident Stress Management provider and Power in Peers trainer, she works with law enforcement and correctional professionals throughout the United States. Ms. Sternberg’s work focuses on peer support, stress management, workforce wellness, and strengthening organizational cultures that promote resilience and long-term well-being among public safety professionals.
