Dr. Grant Phillips is a family physician with more than a decade of experience in correctional health care. He currently serves as Medical Director for the Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections and previously served as Medical Director for the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry. Dr. Phillips also held clinical and leadership positions within the Maricopa County Jail system, where he gained extensive experience caring for justice-involved populations. His professional interests include treatment of substance use disorders, hepatitis C management, transgender health care, and advancing access to high-quality medical services within correctional settings. He earned his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine.
