Ms. Whitney Alston-Brown is a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate and licensed clinical addiction specialist with more than 10 years of experience in behavioral health. She has worked with diverse populations, including veterans, justice-involved individuals, people with serious and persistent mental illness, and youth. Ms. Alston-Brown serves as clinical manager of stabilization services with the City of Durham Department of Community Safety. She earned a Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling from North Carolina Central University.
