Ms. Julia Greenspan is a director on the infectious disease infrastructure and policy team at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials. In her role, she oversees the organization's sexually transmitted infection portfolio and works with state health department leaders and staff. Ms. Greenspan has extensive experience in infectious disease, sexual and reproductive health, and maternal and child health. Her professional interests include whole-person care and engaging and educating health professionals outside the field of sexually transmitted infections on strategies to address these infections in nontraditional settings. Ms. Greenspan earned a Master of Public Health from Emory University.
