Mrs. Kristi Riley is the Program Manager for the Welcome Home Program with the City of Durham's Department of Community Safety, where she leads a person-centered reentry initiative that helps individuals successfully transition from incarceration to long-term community stability. With prior service in the United States Army, she brings a strong foundation in leadership, service, and collaboration to her work. Mrs. Riley oversees coordinated services that connect participants to housing resources, employment and job readiness, identification and vital documentation, Social Security and public benefits, food assistance, transportation, physical and behavioral healthcare, and more. She holds degrees in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, and Cybersecurity and is dedicated to building collaborative partnerships that strengthen communities, reduce barriers to reentry, and improve outcomes for returning citizens.
