Ms. Stacey Schoch is a licensed social worker, qualified forensic interviewer, and child welfare subject matter expert with more than 20 years of experience in public systems. She earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where her research focused on moral injury, workforce well-being, and systems-level reform in high-stress professions. She also holds a Master of Science in Leadership with an emphasis in crisis management and disaster preparedness and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. Her work focuses on advancing trauma-informed, ethically grounded practices that reduce moral injury, strengthen the workforce, and improve outcomes across public service systems.
