Ms. Camila Ryder is communications manager at Humane, where she focuses on authentic storytelling that supports the organization's mission and the incarcerated people it serves. Her firsthand experience with end-of-life care as a family caregiver inspired her interest in expanding awareness and support for dignified care that helps people age and die well both inside and outside of correctional facilities. Ms. Ryder has communications experience in nonprofit, corporate, and educational settings. Her work focuses on sharing the stories and experiences of incarcerated people and using authentic communications to connect with audiences across generations.
