Dr. Megan Davidson is associate director of innovation and systems impact at the National Association of State Injury Administrators. She has extensive experience leading projects involving stakeholder and community engagement, research and evaluation, and technical assistance. Her work has supported efforts to improve outcomes for people involved in criminal justice, behavioral health, child welfare, and related systems. Dr. Davidson's areas of expertise include mental health, substance use, brain injury, and cross-system collaboration and reform. She earned a Doctor of Philosophy in public affairs with a concentration in criminal justice from the University of Central Florida.
