COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

We are working with the Omni Hotel to ensure the highest degree of sanitation and safety possible. We will be following guidelines of the CDC, State of Georgia, and City of Atlanta, and industry best practices. We promise to deliver the same high-quality educational programming and top-notch speakers our conference attendees have come to expect, while keeping your health and hygiene our top priority.

If You Are Sick

If you have a temperature, are showing any potential symptoms of COVID-19, or have tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home and request a refund.

Masks

NCCHC recommends that participants wear masks at the conference, but it is not required.

Hand Cleaning

Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the Omni.

Physical Touching is Discouraged (Handshakes, Hugs, or Fist Bumps)

While many at the event are vaccinated and/or not concerned about the health risks that physical touch may present, we request that attendees, speakers, staff and sponsors respect a “no-touch” policy at the event and highly recommend washing your hands often to prevent illness.

Seating and Spacing

Seating will be spaced with the recommended distance between attendees as determined by the venue and its local government. We may limit attendance to meet such requirements.

Food and Beverage

We will be working with the Omni to minimize exposure/risk during food and beverage services.

Vaccinations

Participants will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of arrival at the event.
