Medications for opioid use disorder are the recommended standard of care, yet are not widely available in U.S. jails. This poster will present original data on the availability of MOUD obtained from a national jail survey, the largest survey to date of health care-related services in jails. Data will help health providers and leaders understand the landscape of MOUD in jails, with information on barriers and facilitators to successful MOUD provision.
