Mané Martirosyan has served as Offender Services Manager of Louisville Metro Department of Corrections (LMDC) since 2020. She began her employment with LMDC in 2003 and since has served in various civilian positions. As Senior Social Worker, she developed and implemented F 2 ACT (Familiar-Faces Action & Community Transition) program and PA2CT (Pathway Advocacy and Alliances for Community Treatment) which includes Medication Assisted Treatment. Mané holds a Master of Science in Social Work from University of Louisville and is a Certified Social Worker by the Kentucky Board of Social Work. She is also an adjunct professor at University of Louisville. She is a graduate of Correctional Leadership Development program by National Institute of Corrections and National Jail Leadership Command Academy. She has served on Boards of Directors and committees for several nonprofit organizations and local government initiatives. Mané is a member of LMDC's Crisis Intervention and Hostage Negotiation Team. She is fluent in Armenian and Russian.
