Kelly Ryder is Health Services Administrator for Wellpath at North Central Correctional Institution, a medium security mens State Prison in Massachusetts since March 2020. She has worked for DOC in Massachusetts for approximately 9 years, starting as a floor nurse and slowly working her way through the ranks.  She first discovered her interest in corrections in 2010 at Sussex I State Prison in Waverly Virginia. Kelly graduated her RN program in 2008, and since has had a variety of nursing opportunities including Med-Surg, ER, Rapid Admit Unit, short term orthopedic rehab and from 2018-2019 was the Clinical Nurse Manager at a large Family PCP practice before returning full time to corrections.
