Description
This presentation will show the types of claims alleged in claims and litigation, from pro se complainants to represented parties, and how those claims are evaluated when defending the providers. Documentation, use of experts, effective sworn testimony of witnesses, and background of complainants will be discussed. Attendees will understand all factors and considerations in claim and case evaluation, which should improve understanding of the providers' role in their own defense.
