Description

Application of the risk-need-responsivity framework has been shown to be effective in reducing recidivism rates in a variety of criminogenic populations. Use of RNR, including for those receiving mental health services, is effective correctional practice, allows for a wide variety of therapeutic interventions, and can enhance overall client outcomes.
