The Humane Prison Hospice Project has partnered with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation since mid-2022. Participants will learn about how the collaboration works, lessons learned, development of a hospice manual for volunteer workers and/or peer supporters of patients, and what did and didn't work in the training offered to incarcerated volunteers at two state prisons.
