Ms. Allison Becker is the co-chair of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani’s national healthcare practice group and managing partner of its Raleigh office. She focuses her practice on healthcare, professional liability defense, and state and federal appeals. Ms. Becker’s healthcare practice involves defending providers against all manner of claims – including catastrophic injury, constitutional violations, and wrongful death – in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit evaluation to appeals. In addition, Ms. Becker represents her healthcare clients before medical, dental, nursing, and mental health licensing boards. Ms. Becker also has extensive experience defending correctional medical, dental, and mental health providers across the country against Section 1983 deliberate indifference claims.
