Valbenazine is a once-daily, single-capsule treatment approved for tardive dyskinesia and under evaluation for chorea associated with Huntington's disease. However, since dysphagia is associated with these conditions, alternative modes of delivery are needed. This poster presents data that describe the dissolution profile of crushed valbenazine capsule contents and the suitability of mixing these contents with soft foods/liquids or adding them to water for G-tube administration in patients who have difficulty swallowing.
