Ms. Rachel Tibbetts has been with PPA since 2005 and worked in arts education since 2000. She received her bachelor’s degree in theatre from Oklahoma State University and is a graduate of the Community Arts Training Institute at the St. Louis Regional Arts Commission and the GoodMultiplier Fellowship. GoodMultiplier mobilizes women and people of color to lead change by promoting equity and civic engagement. Ms. Tibbets is a member of the Slightly Askew Theatre Ensemble, a St. Louis area-based professional theater company committed to highlighting the work of womxn artists. She works in the community as an actor and director and is the recipient of a St. Louis Visionary Award.
